The Meeting Minutes module in safer.plus helps you record and track meetings, decisions, and action items, based on ISO Systems requirements.

Meeting Minutes

Typically, within ISO Systems management, you may need to conduct:

  • Management Review
  • Health and Safety Committee
  • Quality Committee
  • Environmental Committee

Managing Meetings

Meeting Status

Set the status of the meeting based on the Meeting Date:

  • Draft: Meeting minutes are being drafted but not finalized yet
  • Approved: Meeting minutes are finalized and approved by an authorised person. Approved minutes are locked and cannot be edited.

Creating Minutes

Basic Information

Each meeting record includes:

  • Type
    • Health and Safety Committee
    • Security
    • Environment
    • Management Review
    • Other
  • Site (for multi-site organisations)
  • Date Completed
  • Date Expires
  • Description
    • List of topics discussed during the meeting
    • Can be used to prepare an agenda
  • Participants
    • List of participants in the meeting
  • Actions
    • List of tasks that have been identified and may need to reviewed after the meeting

Dashboard Integration

Meetings are monitored through the Dashboard:

  • Upcoming meetings (based on Expected date)
  • Recent meetings
  • Action items status
  • Overdue actions

Best Practices

  • Use clear, descriptive titles
  • Share agenda before meetings
  • Record all decisions made
  • Create specific, assigned actions
  • Track action completion
