Inspection Types
Inspection Types define the frequency, checklist items, and required documentation for equipment inspections.
They can be expanded using Custom Forms for detailed inspection forms.
Managing Inspection Types
Creating Inspection Types
- Navigate to Equipment > Inspection Types
- Click "New Inspection Type"
- Define the following:
- Name
- Description
- Frequency (duration and period)
- Custom form (optional)
Inspection Frequency
The frequency is used to automatically calculate when inspections are due for renewal. If no frequency is set, the default renewal period is 30 days.
