Certificates
The Certificates module in safer.plus helps you manage entity documentation, track validity periods, and monitor certification compliance.
Certificates
The Certificates module can store information about insurance certificates, safety certifications, licenses, and other entity-related documentation that is relevant to the business.
Managing Certificates
Certificate Status
The status is automatically set based on the expiration date of the certificate.
- Archived: Certificate is no longer the most current one. Newer certificates of the same type exist.
- Valid: Certificate is current and within its validity period.
- Pending: Certificate is nearing its expiration date.
- Expired: Certificate validity period has ended. A renewal needs to be obtained.
Tip
Certificates without an expiration date are valid indefinitely.
