Asset management in safer.plus allows you to track and maintain your organization's equipment inventory.

Info

The Assets module can store information about equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, building infrastructure and other assets that are relevant to the business.


Managing Assets

Creating Assets

  • Navigate to Equipment > Assets
  • Click "New Asset"
  • Define the following:
  • Asset Name
  • Asset Type
  • Location/Department
  • Serial Number
  • Purchase Date
  • Specifications

Asset Information

Each asset record contains:

  • Basic details
  • Inspection / maintenance history
  • Associated documents
  • Current status
