The Assets module can store information about equipment, machinery, tools, vehicles, building infrastructure and other assets that are relevant to the business.
Managing Assets
Creating Assets
- Navigate to Equipment > Assets
- Click "New Asset"
- Define the following:
- Asset Name
- Asset Type
- Location/Department
- Serial Number
- Purchase Date
- Specifications
Asset Information
Each asset record contains:
- Basic details
- Inspection / maintenance history
- Associated documents
- Current status
